Whether you are returning to college to complete a degree, pursuing a credential to advance your career, or beginning your higher education journey, the University System of Georgia is committed to supporting your success.

Currently, twenty-three (23) University System of Georgia institutions participate in the Adult Learning Consortium. The Adult Learning Consortium is dedicated to strengthening services, programs, and outreach to help adult learners begin, return to, and complete a college credential.  Georgia ONmyLINE connects prospective students with flexible online degrees and certificate programs offered by University System of Georgia institutions, making it easier to explore options that fit work, family, and personal commitments.

Consortium institutions collaborate to develop and share adult learner-focused resources, policies, and best practices that support college access, persistence, completion, and career advancement. Together, Consortium institutions support Prior Learning Assessment (PLA) and other Credit for Prior Learning (CPL) opportunities that may help eligible students earn academic credit for demonstrated college-level learning gained through work experience, military service, professional training, certifications, and other experiences.
